Our process

So you can know
what to expect

We take care of everything from start to finish, and ensure you’re happy every step of the way.

1. Quote

We show you all of the patterns, colours and feature options available and pull together a design you’re happy with. We’ll also book you in, so you have a start date you can work around.

2. Dig out

The first part of the job involves digging out the area to get us ready, we remove all debris and clear away all rubbish.

3. Prepare

This is where we build steps, set rains, set manhole covers and set formwork. Ensuring the layout is what you were expecting before we lay concrete.

4. Lay job

This is the time we lay our fibre reinforced concrete, we then apply your chosen colour and pattern. This is the messiest and noisiest day so it’s definitely worth letting your neighbours know.

5. Wash off

A couple of days after the drive has been laid, we wash it off and clean it down, here we also cut the concrete and add contraction joints to minimise cracking.

6. Seal

The final step is to varnish and seal the job - at this stage, we also add an anti-slip agent to the seal.
